Whisper Systems is hiring excellent developers who would like to focus on building an ecosystem of mobile security applications. The successful candidate will join a team that is passionate about bringing secure systems to the mobile environment.

Qualified applicants should:

• Write truly excellent code in Java and C.
• Have experience developing software for mobile platforms, particularly Android.
• Be fluent with modern cryptographic concepts and protocols, and be able to identify points of failure in these systems.
• Have demonstrated a passion for taking a hacker's approach to solving problems in computer security and secure communication.
• Understand systems concepts, OS design, and the mechanics of exploit mitigation techniques.
• Preferably, understand VoIP, digital signal processing, and realtime streaming over wireless networks.
• Be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
